Steps of Construction:
Step #1: Draw a line segment AB = 5.8cm
Step #2: Take A as centre and radius more than half the length of AB, draw two arcs, one on either side of AB.
Step #3: Taking B as centre and the same length taken in the previous step, draw two arcs, cutting the previously drawn arcs to make it points C and D respectively.
Step #4: The last step is to join these 2 points C and D such that the line drawn intersects the line AB at a point on the line, name it P.
