Hint: Water is a chemical compound with the formula \[{H_2}O\] . In this formula the ratio of hydrogen and oxygen is \[2:1\]. Water can exist as liquid, solid, gas. When water gets heated it is converted into vapor from liquid and at \[{0^o}C\] water get converted into ice.
Complete step by step answer:
In the case of the temperature of the atmosphere, sunlight passes through the upper atmosphere not being absorbed by the upper atmosphere. But when sunlight strikes on the earth's surface it gets heated. As a result, at the surface water is heated and converted into vapor.
The water vapors evaporate and go up. When it reaches the upper atmosphere due to the cold temperature the water vapors get converted into a water molecule by condensation.
This is the reason; water vapor condenses when it reaches high up in the atmosphere.
Additional information:
The main circle is the process that describes the evaporation of water from the surface of the earth . Water evaporates from sea river ponds and goes up into the atmosphere and becomes cool, and condenses into water, snow, etc. and falls into the surface of the earth again and returns into the sea river, pond, etc. This is a significant aspect of the weather change on earth.
Note:
It is observed that water has maximum density \[{4^o}C\]. The maximum density of water is \[1gm/c{m^3}\] at \[{4^o}C\]. When the temperature is either lower or higher than \[{4^o}C\] the density of the water changes from \[1gm/c{m^3}\] and becomes lower. Water is also known as a universal solvent as almost every compound dissolves in water.
