Differentiate between meristematic and permanent tissue.

Hint: Growth in plants is largely restricted mainly on the roots and shoots and form primary tissues in the case of Meristematic tissues. In other cases it also occurs in between mature tissues. The cells in case of permanent tissues do not generally further divide. These tissues may have all cells similar or different in structure and function.
