Hint: Each Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) is directly chosen to operate 5-year tenures by single-affiliate electorates. The Constitution of India states that a State Legislative Assembly must have no less than 60 and no more than 500 affiliates, though, an exemption may be arranged through an Act of Parliament as is the case in the states of Goa, Sikkim, Mizoram, and the union territory of Puducherry which have less than 60 affiliates.

Complete answer:
The State Legislative Assembly, or Vidhan Sabha, is a legislative form in the states and union territories of India. In the 22 states and 2 union territories with a unicameral state legislature, it is the solitary legislative figure and in 6 states it is the lower house of their bicameral state legislatures with the upper house being the State Legislative Council. 5 Union territories are overseen precisely by the Union Government of India and have no legislative figure. Their authorities comprise: (i) A proposal of no-confidence against the government in the state can only be announced in the State Legislative Assembly. If it is approved by a majority vote, then the Chief Minister and her/his Council of Ministers must cooperatively quit. (ii) A money bill can only be announced in the State Legislative Assembly. In bicameral jurisdictions, after it is approved in the State Legislative Assembly, it is directed to the State Legislative Council, where it can be held in reserve for a maximum time of 14 days. (iii) In issues related to ordinary bills, the resolve of the State Legislative Assembly triumphs, and there is no facility of joint sitting. In such situations, the State Legislative Council can adjourn the legislation by a maximum of 4 months (3 months in initial visit and 1 month in the additional visit of the bill). (iv) Legislative Assembly of the state has the authority to make or eliminate the State Legislative Council by approving a resolution to that outcome by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the affiliates attending and voting.

Note: To become a Member of a State Legislative Assembly (MLA), an individual must be a citizen of India, not less than 25 years of age, should be psychologically reliable, should not be insolvent, and must be registered on the voters' list of the state for which he/she is challenging an election. He/she may not be an MP or MLA at the same time. He/she should also state an affirmation that there are no illegal trials against him/her.
