In this question we are given with few numbers and we have to convert them into like decimals.
First of all, look for the number which has the maximum number of digits after the decimal.
Then, look at the number which has a lesser number of digits after the decimal than the number which has maximum digits.
Here, the number with maximum digits after two decimal places is $0.274$.
Now putting the zeros after the decimal place in all those numbers to match with the number with maximum digits after decimal. As they will not change the value of the number i.e. after decimal the zeros at the right side have no value.

\Rightarrow 6.5 = 6.500 \\
\Rightarrow 16.03 = 16.030 \\
\Rightarrow 119.4 = 119.400 \\
