Hint: Control and coordination are the processes occur in any living organisms include plants where different parts of the plants work together in a very smooth and efficient manner, for things to happen like this every organism have a particular system, similarly, in plants, this control and coordination is carried out by the chemicals which are produced in the plants itself.

Generally in the animals, the control and coordination take place by the nervous system and hormones that are secreted within the body, but in plants, they do not have any such system, still, plants respond to the external environment such as light, touch, etc.
And These responses in the plants are taking place by certain chemical substances in plants are called hormones and these hormones are endogenously secreted, as these hormones are produced in plants they are called phytohormones, and they have different functions in the plants.
The endogenous chemical substances that are secreted in plants are called phytohormones and they include, Auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins, and Abscisic acid.
These hormones have different functions that control and coordinate the plants, where Auxins are hormones produced at the root and shoot tips that help in the enlargement and differentiation of cells.
Gibberellins that are produced help to break the dormancy in seeds and buds.
Cytokinins help in the functioning of cell division are and Abscisic acid helps close the stomatal pores.
