Chityala Ailamma was born as the fourth child of Oruganti Mallamma and Soilu in Krishnapuram village(Rayaparthy mandal) Warangal district,now Telangana State, India.She belongs to Rajaka caste.Chityala Ailamma was an activist and joined the Andhra Mahasabha as well as the Communist Party of India when she find out that she can change things by entering politics. She worked actively against the Nizam government and her house was the center for activities conducted against the feudal landlords who collaborated with the Nizam and exploited the poor farmers. She is known as the first of the female farmer's who faced the landlord of that time period for her land because at that time farmers have to pay to cultivate their own land so to cultivate her land became an inspiration for many during the rebellion against the feudal lords of the Telangana region. Her rebellion started a new type of Revolution in that region, and soon this Revolution spread all over India.
