Hint: Every state is also governed by its council of ministers similar to the union council of the minister under articles 163,164 and167. A minister is elected by the president on the advice of the Prime Minister.

Complete step-by-step solution:
The council of Ministers is elected by the Lok Sabha election where the public directly cast their votes. The Union council of ministers’ work as an executive authority in the Republic of India. The council of ministers consists of senior ministers who are known as “Cabinet Ministers”. The council of the minister is led by the Prime Minister of India. The Union cabinet exercises the power of the supreme decision-making body in India. Only the prime minister and the rank of cabinet ministers are a member of the Union cabinet according to article 75. The council of ministers is collectively responsible to the Lok Sabha which is known as the lower house of the parliamentary body. If somehow the council of ministers loses the confidence of Lok Sabha all ministers of the council will have to resign to facilitate the new government formation. No minister of the council will take any decision without considering all the ministers of the council according to article 78(c). According to the constitution of India, the number of the council of the minister should not exceed more than $15\% $ of the total number of the member of Lok Sabha. A minister should consist of the membership of either Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha within the six months of his election as a minister. If he/she fails to do so then his/her ministerial post is automatically stripped off.

Thus, option (B) is correct.

Note: A minister can be removed by the President for an unconstitutional act as per article 75(2). The ranking of a minister in Lok Sabha is as follows:
Prime Minister>Deputy PM (if any)>Cabinet minister>Minister of state(independent)>Minister of state.
