Hint: In this question we are discussing ratio which is the relation between two numbers which shows how much bigger one quantity than another it. We do not have to take this ratio as an exact number.

Complete step by step answer:
Wright what is given in the question
Total sweets$= 30$
The ratio of the sweets received by Shweta and Pallavi is $2:3$
Now, we will find the numbers of sweets get by Shweta And Pallavi
Here we let sweets received by Shweta be $ = 2x$
And, Sweets get by Pallavi be $= 3x$
According to the question, the total number of sweets is $30$.
\[\Rightarrow 2x + 3x = 30\]
$\Rightarrow 5x = 30$
$\Rightarrow x = \dfrac{{30}}{5}$
$\Rightarrow x = 6$ sweets
From here we can get the number of sweets received by Shweta and Pallavi by putting the value of $x$.
Number of sweets received by Shweta
$\Rightarrow 2x = 2 \times 6$ (Here we put the value of $x$ which is $6$ and then multiply $2$ by $6$.)
$=12$
Number of sweets received by Pallavi
$3x = 3 \times 6$
$ = 18$
Now, we have to find the percentage of sweets
We will use the formula of percentage
$\dfrac{{Sweets{\text{ }}received{\text{ }}by{\text{ }}a{\text{ }}person}}{{Total{\text{ }}number{\text{ }}of{\text{ }}sweets}} \times 100$
Percentage of sweets received by Shweta is
$=\dfrac{{12}}{{30}} \times 100$
$=40\% $
And the percentage of sweets received by Pallavi is
$=\dfrac{{18}}{{30}} \times 100$
$ = 60\% $

$\therefore $ Shweta got 12 sweets which are 40% of the total sweets and Pallavi got 18 sweets which are 60% of the total sweets.

Note:
A ratio may be specific either by giving both constituting numbers, we can wright ratio as $a$ and $b$ or $a:b$ or by giving the value of their quotient $\dfrac{a}{b}$. Equal quotients correspond to equal ratio. If we multiply all quantities involved in a ratio by the same number, the ratio remains valid for example 12:8 is the same as 6:4.
