Hint: In this question, first we have to know what is an ascending order. So, numbers are said to be in ascending order when they are arranged from the smallest to the largest number. Here we will arrange the given numbers in ascending order by sorting these numbers in the order of increasing value ,
Here we will arrange the given numbers in such a way that the smallest number will come first and then number larger than first and then number larger than second and so on. The largest number will come at the last position.

Complete step-by-step solution -

(A) 67, 8, 4567, 690.
We will find the positions of all numbers one by one .
Here we will take 67 first , now by comparing 67 with other numbers we will identify its position.
(i) 67 >8, 67< 4567, 67<690 .
So 67 will be placed after 8.
We can also see that 67 is smaller than all numbers except 8. This means 8 is the smallest number ,hence the order after this will be ,
$ \Rightarrow $ 8, 67, 4567 ,690.
Here 8 and 67 are placed ,now we will take 4567
(ii) 4567 >690 .
Hence we can say that 4567 is the largest number and it will placed at the last , so finally the ascending order of these numbers is ,
$ \Rightarrow $ 8,67,690, 4567 ..
(B) 376, 3674, 97, 3879.
First we will take 376,
(i) 376 <3674, 376> 97 and 376<3879.
We can see that 376 is smaller than all other numbers except 97 ,means 97 is the smallest number and number after 97 is 376.the order after this will be
$ \Rightarrow $ 97, 376, 3674, 3879
Now we will take 3674 ,
(ii) 3674> 97 and 376 both and 3674 < 3879. So we can say that 3879 is the largest number and it will be placed at the last. So , finally the order will be
$ \Rightarrow $ 97, 376, 3674, 3879 .
(C) 12, 90, 5647, 862.
First we will take 12
(i) 12< 90, 12<5647, 12< 862.
So, we can say that 12 is the smallest number and it will come first.
Now we will take 90.
(i) 90 <862, 90 <5647and 90> 12.
So 90 will be placed after 12 .
Now we will take 5647 .
(iii) 5647> 862, 5647 > 12 and 90 both .
So we can say that 8647 is the largest number and it will be placed at the last. So, finally the order will be
$ \Rightarrow $ 2, 90, 862, 5647.
Therefore the numbers of (A), (B) and (C) in ascending orders are :
(A) = 8,67,690, 4567
(B) = 97, 376, 3674, 3879
(C) = 2, 90, 862, 5647.

Note: In this type of questions we will use the concept of ascending order of numbers. Here, we will sort these numbers in the order of increasing value. First we will check all the numbers and then by using the technique that which number is greater than the other by comparing the numbers with each other, we will place them at the most appropriate position.
