Hint: Generally, all of them are related in a way that they make up all sorts of matter in nature. The atoms, molecules and compounds are different from each other but they relate to each other in some way or the other.

Complete step by step answer:
Let us discuss all of them one by one;
- Atoms-
In general, atoms make up an element. A pure element will have an atom of single type. They are the smallest unit of matter composed of subatomic particles i.e. electrons, protons and neutrons.
For example: Gold, silver, etc.
- Molecules-
A molecule is the one in which the constituent entities are the same types of atoms joined together by chemical bonds.
For example: Chlorine, fluorine, etc.
- Compounds-
When different types of elements come together and are joined chemically to each other are known as compounds. This can be seen in the ionic compounds in which the elements are joined by the ionic bonds.
For example: Sodium chloride, hydrogen sulphide, etc.

Note: Do note that the compounds and mixtures are different. Mixtures are made up of different types of elements though, but they are not chemically joined to one another. So, do not get confused.
