Hint: Pollution is one of the most dangerous and severe problems nowadays but before finding a solution we should know what pollution is? Pollution is the release of harmful contamination in the environment by any form and affects our environment is pollution.

Complete answer:
In today’s world, air pollution is growing dramatically. This rate of growth of pollution is so high that it seems nearly impossible to control. Humans' day to day needs and our carelessness leads to this high rate of pollution. This rate must be controlled as soon as possible. To control this pollution government has launched some policies to measure and control the increasing pollution. In Jan2019 the government launched a national clean air program to control increasing air pollution in cities. It is a 5-year program. If we see in Delhi, Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) on Nov 4, 2019, was better than it was in 2018. The average AQI of Delhi from Jan 1 to Nov 4 2019 was 195. But in 2018 it was 204. So, we can see 9 points decrease in AQI. It is made possible because the Delhi government has taken some important measures to control pollution like an odd-even rule for automobiles and banned crackers on Diwali. But all these measures were taken to control air pollution, not water, and noise pollution. It is important to control water and noise pollution too and take them as seriously as air pollution. There is much damage has been done to our water lives which resulted in the loss of aquatic lives and many serious diseases that happened because of noise pollution. Delhi is the fifth most polluted city in India while Ghaziabad is the most polluted city in India.

Hence, the correct answer is option (D).

Note: With the above information we get to know that the significant levels of air contamination can cause an expanded danger of cardiovascular failure, wheezing, hacking, and breathing issues, and aggravation of the eyes, nose, and throat. Air contamination can likewise cause compounding of existing heart issues, asthma, and other lung intricacies.
