Hint: First of all read the given data twice and understand the transactions held between the lady and the shopkeeper. Here, we will use simple mathematical operators’ addition and the subtraction to get the required value.

Complete step by step solution:
The lady buys grocery which worth Rs. $350$ so, there is a loss for the shopkeeper Rs. $350$
In return the grocery’s lady had given Rs. $2000$. So the shopkeeper gave change and returns of grocery’s amount Rs. $350$ and returned amount $ = 2000 - 350 = 1650$Rs.
Since, the $2000$Rs. note received by the Shopkeeper is fake.
The total loss for the shopkeeper is $ = Rs.350 + Rs.1650 = Rs.2000$
Hence, the shopkeeper had the loss of Rs. $2000$
Hence, from the given multiple choices, the option (F) is the correct answer.

Note:
Always read the word problem given twice and then start analyzing. Here every amount paid is lost as in return the paid rupee note was fake and duplicate. Every amount worth of the grocery is also a loss so here we added both the amounts to know the total loss.
