Hint: To solve this question, what we will do is firstly we will find the multiples of 5 from the general form of multiples of 4 that is 4k, where k is an integer and then we will find the infinite and finite both type of sequence of multiples of 4.

Complete step by step answer:
Before we solve this question, let us see what is the meaning of multiple of any number and what sequence is.
The multiples of a number are all the numbers that are products of the number and any other integer but not the fraction or simply we can say the result of multiplying a number by an integer.
For example, let us consider a number 2. If we multiply 2 by any integer k, then the multiple of 2 will be of form 2k, that is if k = 2, then we have 4, so 4 is multiple of 2 and if k = - 3 then we have -6, which is multiple of 2.
A sequence is a progression or any ordered list of numbers governed by a pattern or any specific or defined rule and where numbers present in a sequence are called terms.
There are basically two types of sequence, infinite and finite sequence.
Sequence that continues indefinitely without terminating is an infinite sequence and a sequence with an end is known as a finite sequence.
Now, we are asked to make a sequence of multiples of 4.
Now, multiples of 4 will be of general form 4k, that is 4 times k, where k is an integer and sequence is an ordered list so numbers should be in ordered.
So, finite sequence of multiple can be so many such as { 4, 8, 12, 16 } or { -4, 0, 4, 8 } and,
Infinite sequence of multiple will be { ……, -16, -12, -8, -4, 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, …… }

Note:
To solve such questions, one must know the meaning of multiple and sequence. Always read questions carefully as there is not mentioned which type of sequence is needed, finite or infinite, so give an example of both sequences. Try not to make calculation mistakes.
