Hint: First we have to define what the terms we need to solve the problem are.
Since the given question is about placing the values of a digit in a number, which is the place value of $2$ that we need to find the digit in a number due to its position where it can occur.
As we have seen every option contains the value two at the different or same position, so we need to find the position of the two.

Complete step by step answer:
First, we need to find the position of two occurrences, and we have to understand the concept of the place value digit in a number too.
Simply place value means the representation of the number occurs in which position in terms of tens. Since the number $2$ is a unit digit so its place value is found as below;
$(i)2.56$ since two is in the unit’s place and hence the place value of $2.56$ is position one (after two only there exists a decimal).
Similarly, we are able to solve all other options but the only difference is not in the unit place.
For option $(ii)21.37$ here as we see the two are in position one, but the decimal number will be occurring after two digits and hence we get $2$ is in the position tens.
Now for option $(iii)10.25$ here the two is in the one-tens position because after two digits the decimal will occur and that decimal is two.
Hence, we get $(\dfrac{1}{{10}})$ a position that means two is in the position one-tenths.
Finally, for option $(iv)63.352$ where two is the last term here as we see; since it is in the position of the fifth and there exist $(\dfrac{1}{{1000}})$ and hence we get the position of the two is the one-thousandths position.

Note: since this problem can be solved using the decimal techniques in the place values like ones, tens, hundreds, etc.,
And we may get confused more likely to the face values which are the digits at the value of the digits itself will not depend on the position like ones, tens.
Example for the face value is$(iii)10.25$ the face value for option three is position three.
