Hint:-The biodiversity includes the flora and fauna living in close association and relationship between each other. But due to human greed, biodiversity is in danger and needs to be conserved. If the conservation of biodiversity is not done then it may lead to the extinction of the plants and animals from the Earth.
Complete answer:
(A)-The biodiversity provides us with various resources which we use in our daily lives. Humans have become so dependent on plants and animals for their needs that they have forgotten that these plants and animals are limited and can get extinct over time. and due to their extinction, there would be an imbalance in the ecosystem. So as a part of society, it is our role to do our part in protecting biodiversity. There should be awareness among individuals regarding the factors that are leading to their endangerment and extinction. One should reduce its global carbon footprint to reduce global warming. The government should build national parks and sanctuaries to prevent the loss of endemic plants and animals. Hunting, poaching and cutting of trees should be banned in such areas.
(B)-Botanical gardens are the places where large plant varieties are grown and taken care of. The plant varieties present in the botanical garden may be endemic species as well as exotic species. Proper care is given to take care of the garden. Botany enthusiasts can visit such places to study or research on their desired plants present in the garden.
Note:- Biodiversity conservation is a necessity in this age as so many species are getting endangered and are even on the verge of extinction. If the climatic conditions are not improved and the surroundings are not made better for them then they may vanish and we would not be able to restore them.
