Cleanliness generally refers to the cleaning of places and cleaning of dirt. Cleanliness is not about cleaning dirty places but also cleaning of the mind as well. Cleanliness is an excellent habit and this habit is initially inculcated by the family because home is considered as the first school of children and teachers also plays an important role in highlighting the importance of cleaning.
We should keep ourselves and surroundings clean as they have some bad effect on the body. So, hygiene is very important and any kind of hygiene leads to strong health, body and mind. Hygiene could be of surrounding hygiene, environmental hygiene, per hygiene and organization hygiene. So, we should not litter homes, offices, schools, roads, parks etc.
Cleanliness is a vital virtue and boon in life and we should never compromise on our health as it is as important as food and water for anybody. Cleanliness also refers to the good habit of an individual and it reflects that the person has a healthy life and standard lifestyle.
Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started a cleanliness campaign called “Swachh Bharat” or” Swachh Bharat Abhiyan “. So, we should all understand the importance, motto and necessity of cleanliness and should always try to implement it in our daily lives.
