Oil is a non-renewable resource of energy. So, it is very much important to conserve the oil as it is depleting and it is a scarce resource. We are dependent on oil to fulfill our daily needs like we need it in our homes, for factories, for machines etc. If we use it recklessly then it will be exhausted.
Conservation of oil can be done by using several methods like less use of private vehicles, more use of public transports, and switching off the engines of vehicles on traffic signals.
