Complete answer:
A philosopher once said that eyes are the most sophisticated camera in the world. Eyes are your windows to the world. You can see with your eyes and I believe that sight is one of the greatest gifts given to mankind. Imagine not being able to see people, books, fireworks and the vivid colours which the whole world is made up of. Therefore, we should take care of our eyes. I have talked about some ways to take care of these sophisticated organs of our body.
We should never strain our eyes in low light. Looking at a computer screen or mobile phone screen for hours increases the power in our eyes. We should get at least eight hours of sleep at night so that both our eyes and our body can get the required amount of rest. Our eyes are also tired of working (seeing) throughout the day. They stop working and need to rest at night.
Always wash your eyes with cold water every morning. They help to keep our eyes fresh and bright. Do not rub your eyes too hard. Our eyes are very delicate and rubbing it too hard might cause damage to them. Eating a lot of coloured vegetables leads to sharp eyesight.
Thus, our eyes need as much care as the rest of our body. We should always try to see in bright light and not strain our eyes. Let us not ruin a gift of God by adopting bad habits such as sleeping late at night or staring at our mobile and computer screens.
Note: Make sure you have at least three paragraphs in your composition. The sentences should be related to one another and not disjointed. Always remember what is the topic you are writing about. Sometimes students stray away from the topic and their essay is full of unnecessary information. Jot down on paper the points you will focus on while writing the essay and subsequently, stick to the points. Make sure the essay is not very long and is within the prescribed word limit.
