Hint: The Lok Sabha controls the Council of Ministers. In Parliamentary democracy, the lower House is always more powerful than the upper house.

Complete answer:
I will choose Lok Sabha over Rajya Sabha.
- Parliament plays a very important role in modern democracies. In India, the Parliament has two chambers as Houses-the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Rajya Sabha is indirectly elected and performs some special functions.
- The Lok Sabha has some official powers that make it more powerful than the Rajya Sabha. Even in those matters in which the Constitution has placed both Houses are given equal powers, the Lok Sabha has more influence due to its greater numerical strength.
- If any ordinary law needs to be passed by both the houses, in case of conflict, the point of Lok Sabha prevails. Once the Lok Sabha passes the budget or any other money related law, Rajya Sabha cannot overpower the Lok Sabha and reject it. The Rajya Sabha can delay any bill for a maximum of 14 days or suggest changes may or may not be accepted by the Lok Sabha.
- If the majority of the Lok Sabha members say that they have no confidence or faith in the Council of Ministers, then all the ministers including the Prime Minister have to resign. Rajya Sabha has no such power.

That’s the reason why I choose Lok Sabha.

Note:
Lok Sabha is directly elected by the people and has the real power on behalf of the people. Lok Sabha works on the behalf of the people. According to Article 75(3) of the Constitution, the council of ministers are responsible to the Lok Sabha.
