The High Risk Pregnancy Portal was established in November in the year 2017 by the state of Haryana. It has been established to fulfill the purpose of identifying 100 percent high risk pregnancy cases. The web application has been formulated in such a way that it tracks the women with high risk after the delivery of 42 days in order to provide appropriate treatment during the ante-natal period for a healthy outcome.
