The council included Tej Bahadur Sapru, Subhash Bose, Mangal Singh, Ali Imam, and other numerous pioneers as its members. The report was finalized by August 1928. Though, the recommendations of the Nehru Committee were in complete agreement there was an issue regarding the favoring of the ‘dominion status’ by the majority.
