Hint: Sayyid brothers had become Kingmakers in the Mughal court. When Farrukhsiyar, who was the great-grandson of Aurangzeb was put on the throne the Sayyid brothers were big and exerting authority in the state affairs. Farrukhsiyar, in order to curb their power and authority, sent one of his brother's to the Deccan to restore Mughal authority there. Finally, in 1719, Farrukhsiyar was dethroned.

Complete answer: Shrimant Peshwa Balaji Vishwanath had ruled the Maratha empire in the 18th century. Following the death of Aurangzeb in 1707 a series of conflicts emerged between his successors and nobles. Two nobles who were the Sayyid brothers named as-Sayyid Hussain Ali Khan and Sayyid Abdullah Khan were the kingmakers in the Mughal court who put Farurukhsiyar on the throne. When the two brothers started intervening, Farrukhsiyar sent Syed Hussain Ali Khan to the Deccan to restore Mughal authority there.
In 1718 Balaji Vishwanath negotiated Mughal-Maratha treaty in which he demanded some per cent of revenue from the old Mughal provinces, and in return, Peshwa promised that he would acknowledge the overlordship of the Mughal emperor and would provide the army of horsemen. However, Farrukhsiyar refused to ratify the treaty and planned to murder the Sayyid brothers. The plot was discovered, and Peshwa Balaji Vishwanath supported Syed Husain Ali with the force of Maratha horsemen. They marched to Delhi and fought with Farrukhsiyar supporters and defeated him. Farrukhsiar was dethroned, imprisoned and blinded by the Sayyid's who took his place.
-Baji Rao I was the seventh Peshwa of the Maratha Empire who conquered major parts of India. Under him, he had done major military conquest with the Nizams, Malwa, Bundelkhand etc.
-Balaji Baji Rao also referred to as Nanasaheb was the eighth Peshwa of the Maratha empire under his rule the Maratha territory reached its highest point with land expansions.
-Madhava Rao who was the son of Nana Saheb. Under his rule, he defeated the nizams and established the supremacy of the Marathas in the north region of India again.
Therefore, the correct answer to the question is option-B.

Note: After this the treaty was ratified and Mughals became a puppet government of Maratha by giving one-fourth of their total revenue as Chauth and 10% for their protection. This started the period of series of conquests to cover most of the part of India by the half of the 18th century.
