Hint: The excretion is the process in which the metabolic waste is removed from by body. In humans, the kidney, liver, skin are the excretory organs. The kidney excretes the liquid waste from the blood and the skin excretes the waste in the form of sweat.

Complete answer:
The organisms are classified into three types as the ammonotelic organisms, ureotelic organisms and the uricotelic organisms.
(1) Ammonotelic organism:
The ammonotelic organism excretes the nitrogenous waste products in the blood in the form of ammonia soluble in water. The example of ammonotelic organisms like amphibians, fishes, poriferans etc.
(2) Ureotelic organism:
These organisms excrete the waste product in the form of urea. The human, frogs, amphibians, and the cartilaginous fishes are the ureotelic organisms.
(3) Uricotelic organism:
These organisms excrete the waste product in the form of uric acid. The birds and the animals like lizards etc. are the uricotelic organisms.

Hence the correct answer is option(C)

Note: In humans, the ammonia is first separated from the blood by the liver. This ammonia enters into the urea cycle and gets converted into urea. This urea reaches the kidney and it is separated by the uriniferous tubule and it is excreted as the urine through urethra.
