Complete answer: The Treaty of Constantinople was the result of the Constantinople Conference which was held in February 1832. It was held between the Great powers which are Britain, Russia and France on one side and Ottoman Empire on the other. The main provision of the treaty was that it recognised Greece as an independent nation. Leopold stepped down as the claimant of Greece throne. The treaty also allowed certain areas to be under Greece control.
The provisions of the treaty were :

b) The exchange of lands should be done in 10 days.
c) The armies present on the borders would be demobilized under three weeks.

e) Political and economical relations should be established.
The treaty is responsible for the presence of modern-day borders between European Turkey, Bulgaria and Greece. Under the terms of the Treaty of Sevres. Turkey was to control all of Eastern Thrace to Greece, but all of these provisions were changed and reaffirmed the borders established in the Treaty of Constantinople.
