Hint:Water-soluble vitamins are carried to the body's tissues but are not stored in the body. They are found in plant and animal foods or dietary supplements and must be taken in daily.

Complete Answer:
To answer this question, first, we need to know about the water soluble vitamins. A vitamin is an important compound of organic molecules that cannot be made in the body but get via the food that the person consumed. A small quantity of this is useful in many metabolic processes of the body. There are two major kinds of vitamins; they are- fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamins A, D, E, and K and water-soluble vitamins such as Vitamins B and C.The water-soluble vitamins are easily dissolved and can be excreted in the urine. Our body does not store Vitamin B and C complexes. This does not mean that we can take these in unlimited quantities.
Now, let us find the solution from the option.
Vitamin A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are kept in the fatty tissues and can be kept in the body for longer periods of time to be eventually consumed up later.
Vitamins which can dissolve in water are called water-soluble vitamins. Water-soluble vitamins include vitamin-C and vitamin-B because they remove the toxins from our body through urine. Therefore, they are not stored in our body and should be taken on a daily basis via the diet we intake.

Thus, the correct option is “B”. i.e. Vitamin B, Vitamin C.

Note:A well known feature of vitamin B is their presence in yeast (excluding vitamin B12). But if the yeast is involved in the food only as a means of increasing bread, then yeast is not accepted the main source vitamin B in humans; a small amount of yeast does not consist of nutritionally specific quality of vitamins B. L-ascorbic acid is additionally called as vitamin C which is water soluble and also has strong reducing effects. L-ascorbate participates in the tyrosine metabolism, functions as an antioxidant, helps the immune system, iron consumption, enhances the functioning of microsomal enzymes etc.
