Complete answer:
Pakistan is the neighbor of India which shares a boundary demarcated by the Radcliffe line. The boundary runs along 3 States and 2 union territories(UT). The newly formed UTs of Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir form the north most part of the boundary. Moving south we come across the state Punjab where rivers Ravi and Sutlej form a part of the boundary.
The largest state of India Rajasthan forms the longest boundary length as well. It forms a border running nearly 1050 km. The dry and Arid Thar region forms a major part of it.
The state of Gujarat forms a boundary running along marshy areas of the Sir Creek region.
Hence by eliminating the options we can that it is the state of Haryana that does not have any boundary with Pakistan.
So, the correct answer is Option C.
Note: The boundary between India and Pakistan was marked by the Indian independence Act 1947. It was decided that a non-partisan person should be appointed to mark the boundary which shall separate the two. Sir Cyril Radcliffe was appointed to mark the boundary of the two countries.
At present, the boundary between the countries is known by different names depending on the consonance between physical location and a map marking
International boundary: it runs from the state of Gujarat to the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The boundary is clearly marked and even fenced at the location. It is fairly without dispute.
Line of Control: The area of UTs of Ladakh and Jammu Kashmir has some areas of India under the occupation of Pakistan. The Demarcation line on the ground is called Line of Control which demarcates the actual area of occupation by both countries
