Or we can say that concentric circles are those which have a constant difference between both the boundaries. And another property is that they are symmetric around the center.

Now, when we closely observe these two options again, we see that in option (c), the inner circle’s center does not coincide with the center of the bigger circle, it is slightly away from the center of the bigger circle.
