Complete answer:
The process by which the mature adult gives birth to young ones is called as reproduction. The body organs taking part in reproduction are called as reproductory organs and the gametes taking part in preproduction are called sex-gametes. The reproductive organs in female body can be divided into internal and external structures of reproductive system. The external female reproductive system includes-

a. Labia majora- It is the outermost covering that protects other internal structures. This is the region of hair growth.

c. Bartholin’s gland is located internally on either side of the vaginal opening. They take part in mucus production.
d. Clitoris is the point where two labia minora meet and form a small sensitive protrusion.
The internal reproductive organs in female include-
a. Vagina-Vagina is a canal-like structure that joins the cervix to the outside of the body.
b. Uterus- It is also known as womb. A hollow, pear-shaped organ that acts as a home to developing foetus is uterus. Uterus is divisible into two parts namely- cervix and corpus
c. Ovaries- Ovaries are the organs that produce eggs and secrete hormones. The ovaries are small, oval shaped glands. They are located on either side of the uterus.
d. Fallopian tube- The process of fertilization takes place in the fallopian tube. Fallopian tubes form a narrow, tubular structure that is attached to the upper part of the uterus.
