Here in above figure we can see that firstly the sun light is falling on a solar panel and we can say that when light falls on solar panel the solar panel converts the light energy into electrical energy and in next stage we can see in diagram is this electrical energy is used to light up the lap and can say that the electrical energy is converted into light energy and can say light energy is also a form of heat and produces heat so we can say that the light energy is then converted into heat energy.
