Hint:
Tamil Nadu plays a major role on Indian textile industry from spinning to manufacturing and one very specific place is known for a specific kind of sari production.

Complete solution:
As mentioned in the hint, Tamil Nadu is a major Indian textile industry and all the three options are a part of Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu is a land of cultural and religious heritage known for its oldest civilization in the whole world. The Dravidian Family is considered to be prestigious and people of Tamil Nadu belong to it. Tamilians seem to have perfected the art of weaving, spinning and chiseling which clearly reflects in different arts like bronze, sculptors, carving etc.

Tamil Nadu is best known for its clothes and the very famous one is Kanchipuram Sari. These saris were manufactured as gifts to Goddess and so initially they were smaller in width and made of pure gold. Kanchi silk weavers are the descendants of sage Markanda who is the master weaver of Gods and is supposed to have woven tissue from Lotus fibre.

Next is Sungudi Sari from Madurai. These are block printed, very beautiful and made out of good quality cotton. Color combinations are usually navy blue - turquoise, navy blue - magenta, mustard and golden yellow and pallu is a contrast of the body colour.

Then there’s Coimbatori sari made from cotton or silk and zari sometimes. Salem Sari is similar to kanchipuram only here the border is thicker. Thanjavur and Kumbakonam Silks made in Thanjavur specialise in use of Zari and brocade work.

Hence, the correct answer is option A.

Note:
Other saris manufacturer in Tamil Nadu itself are Mysore Crepe Saree, Chettinad Saree, Thirubuvanam Saree, Koorainadu and Kodambakkam saris, Kalamkari, Monukukkukkual, Chinnalapati silk and cotton saree, and Kumbkonam.
