Hint:The petroleum oils are extracted from crude oil to form several fractions of petroleum products. The petrol oils itself are divided into two types i.e. black oils and white oils. White oil or white petrol is nothing but the fraction of kerosene which is popularly used as an aircraft fuel.

Complete step-by-step answer:Let us know about this form of petrol in detail;
White petrol-
To make it simple, white petrol is the fraction of kerosene formed when the crude oil is distilled. It is a thin and clear form of oil formed of general hydrocarbons which is in fact, royal and only used in space jets and aeroplanes as a fuel.
The kerosene is obtained at the temperature of $150{}^\circ C$ to $260{}^\circ C$ as a product of fractional distillation whose carbon content is 10 to 16.
Popularly, many military planes and jets use this fuel and surprisingly, Rolls Royce (the only car to do so) also uses this fuel on the ground level. The storage of this fuel takes so much of cost due to its holding and some corrosion factors.

Note:The Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) which are subjected to several heights above ground level at very low temperature; are not stored in presence of water as any water filled into the planes can freeze at higher altitudes and will harm the system of aviation.
