Hint:
A landform bound by water bodies on three sides is called a peninsula. For example, the Deccan plateau of India is a peninsula. The peninsular plateau is a highly enclosed ancient plateau. Here are the remains of ancient ranges and evidence of glaciation is also found.

Complete solution:
It is a part of ancient Gondwanaland and is in a triangular shape. Its average height is 600 to 900 meters. The Aravalli, Rajmahal and Shillong hills (Meghalaya hills) are on the northern border of this plateau. The 'Rajmahal - Garo Gap' is virtually formed by the alluvial deposits of the part between the palace and the hills of Meghalaya. The slope of the peninsular plateau is towards the north and east which is clear from the direction of the Stone, Chambal and Damodar rivers. In the southern part, it has a gradient from west to east which is clear from the direction of Mahanadi, Godavari, Krishna and Kaveri. South of India The peninsular plateau is divided into several parts. These include Malwa, Betul and Baghelkhand plateau (Madhya Pradesh), Bundelkhand plateau (Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh), Dandakaranya plateau (Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh), Rayalaseema plateau (Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh), Telangana plateau ( Andhra Pradesh), Shillong Plateau (Meghalaya), Hazaribagh and Chota Nagpur Plateau (Jharkhand) can be included.

The peninsular plateau is a highly enclosed ancient plateau. Here are the remains of ancient ranges and evidence of glaciation is also found. While there are examples of horizontal movements in the Himalayas, there are many examples of 'vertical circulation' in the peninsular plateau. The 'Aravalli Range' is a highly ancient and residual range formed from rocks of the pre-Cambrian period. It stretches from Gujarat to Delhi as a series of isolated hills. Its width gradually decreases from south-west to north-east. The maximum height of Aravali is found in the 'Guru Shikhar' (1722 m) of Mount Abu. 'Vindhyachal' is a very old and beautiful folded mountain range. It is situated to the south of the Malwa plateau and separates northern India from southern India. Its average elevation is 700 to 1200 meters. It is about 1050 km from west to east in the form of Bhharner, Kaimur, and Parasnath hills to Jharkhand.

Note:
Examples of 'Satpura' block mountains in length are both on the side of Narmada and Tapti famous geo-cavity. This mountain range is located in the south of Vindhyachal and almost its parallel and starts with the Rajpana hills in the West, as the Western Lent of Chota Nagpur Plateau in the form of Mahadev and Macel Hills. The highest height of Satpura meets 'Dungarh' (1350m) near Pachmarhi Nagar of the Mahadev Hill. The highest peak of the Macel hill is 'Amarkantak' (1036m). The origin of Son and Narmada rivers is from here. Chotanagpur and Rajmahal hills are also available when they go towards Macon. Meghalaya's 'Garo - Khasi - Jayantia' hills are also the only part of the southern peninsula. Ranchi's Plateau (PenePlain) located in Chota Nagpur is a beautiful example. Chota Nagpur plateau is also called 'India's Routing, because it is India's most endangered region in terms of mineral reserves. Shillong Plateau (Meghalaya Plateau) is the only fortress of Chotanagpur Plateau.
