Complete answer:
LGBT or GLBT or LGBTQ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, tansgenders and queers or questioning. They are a community with different sexual orientation like homosexual, pansexual or bisexual. Defining what each term means and stands for -

> Lesbain - Women who feel attracted to other women in physical, romantic and emotional ways. Also known as gay women.

> Gay - This adjective is used to describe men who feel attracted to other men physically, emotionally and romantically.

> Bisexual - These are people who bear physical, romantic and emotional attraction to both men and women equally. This experience of attraction may vary in ways and degrees over their lifetime.

> Transgender - This term is used for people whose gender identity or expression differs from what gender they are born into and assigned at birth. Some transgenders take medical procedures to align their bodies but this is not a general thing and being born this way is completely natural.

> Queer - This term is used for those people whose sexual orientation is not exxclusively heterosexual or cisgender. Typically, for those who identify as queer, the terms lesbian, gay, and bisexual are perceived to be too limiting and with cultural connotations they feel don’t apply to them. Some people may use queer ot genderqueer, to describe their gender identity or expression.

> Questioning - Sometimes, Q in LGBTQ stands for questioning as well describing someone who is questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Note:
LGBT or LGBTQ community people are perfectly normal and natural just like everyone else. The only difference is that they have their own way with things which makes them standout. They should be treated and respected equally.
