Hint: The surface of the earth is not even. There have been several formations and deformations during the creation of the landforms such as mountains, hills,plains and plateaus by internal and external pressure from in and above the earth’s surface.

Complete Step by Step answer: The two geomorphic processes endogenous (internal) and exogenous (external) can be defined as the forces which lead to the changing of the earth’s movements and shape the surface of the earth. The deformation on the earth’s surface is created by the stress caused by these exogenic forces occurring on the external surface or the exterior of the earth. The exogenic forces result in wearing and tearing down of the earth's surface. The exogenic processes are also known as denudation which means to rip off or uncover . The factors or elements that are involved in these forces are called the exogenous forces or geomorphic agents such as wind,running water, ice waves etc. These agents help in deposition of earth material.Exogenic forces are slow in their movements and take thousands and millions of years to make visible changes. The changes created by the exogenic forces can also be due to the influence of the sun , moon and other tectonic factors. Examples of exogenic forces include the erosion, oxidation and reduction, mass wasting ,weathering, hydration etc. The exogenous processes depend upon the type and structure of the rocks as well the climate. The three main exogenous processes are folding, faulting and volcanism. Exogenous processes cause major features in landforms.
