As a result of which, excessive exploitation, wastage and misuse of resources would not exist. The poor will get a chance to make a benefit for themselves and it is necessary for the growth and rapid development of a country. The forces that are against the equitable distribution of resources are the lack of resources and the domination by rich and powerful people who want to extract maximum profit from the resources. Add to this, corruption by some officials who would favour rich and powerful people to extract resources. Resources are vital to the existence of people. It is distributed in different ways and in different amounts throughout the world. Natural resources are resources available in the environment. It supports human life on earth and leads to the production of all the necessities to mankind. Some of the examples of natural resources are coal, metals, natural gas, water, sunlight, soil, oil, etc.

Note: Equal distribution of resources is essential in society because every living being has an equal right on the natural resources of the earth. There are two types of natural resources; Exhaustible and inexhaustible resources.
