Hint: The Preamble of the Indian Constitution is a brief introduction as to what the Constitution describes India to be. It sets out the guidelines and the principles of the Constitution to advise people of the nation.

Complete Answer:
The Preamble along with the Constitution was adopted on $26^{th} November \ 1949$ by the Constituent Assembly and came into effect on $26^{th} January \ 2050$. This day is celebrated as Republic Day throughout the country.
The Preamble can be said as the preface of the Indian Constitution and serves the purpose of highlighting the entire Constitution. It also describes the source from which the document derives its authority and understanding. It defines India as a sovereign, secular, socialist and democratic Republic.
Let’s look at the options given:
Option (a) We, the people of India-adopt, enact and give to India this Constitution does not represent the end words of the Preamble. Hence, it is a wrong answer.
Option (b) We, the people of Constituent Assembly-adopt, enact and give to India this Constitution is an incorrect answer as these are not concluding words of the Preamble.
Option (c) We, the citizens of India-adopt, enact and give to ourselves this Constitution also do not have the right words for the beginning of the Preamble.
Option (d) We, the people of India-in our Constituent Assembly-adopt, enact and give to ourselves this Constitution represent the correct beginning and end of the Preamble to the Constitution. So, it is the correct answer.
Hence, option ‘d. We, the people of India-in our Constituent Assembly-adopt, enact and give to ourselves this Constitution.’ is correct.

Note: The Preamble as well as the Constitution of India was prepared and drafted by Dr B R Ambedkar and was made in 1947 but adopted in 1949.
