(1) alpha-linolenic acid:

(2) Linoleic acid:
These fatty acids are colorless liquids which are present in the plant oils. These are used to prevent chronic diseases and it reduces the production of prostaglandin. These fatty acids are also called omega- fatty acids.
Hence, in the given option’s arachidonic acid, palmitic acid and oleic acid are non-essential fatty acids whereas linolenic acid is the only essential fatty acid.

Note: Other than these two types of fatty acids there is also a third type, conditionally essential fatty acids.
