Here we have been provided with the length (in centimeter) of 30 carrots and we are asked to draw a table using the tally marks that may depict the number of carrots of a particular length present in the data. Also we need to find the length of carrots that occurs a maximum and minimum number of times.
Now, the data present are: -

Clearly we can see that the different types of length present in the data are: 15, 18, 20, 21 and 22. So drawing a table containing the tally marks we get,

Clearly we can see that the carrot that occurs the most is of length 20 cm. It appeared 9 times. Also, the carrot that appeared the least number of times is of length 22 cm. It appeared 4 times.
