About the Federation: Backward and minority communities employee federation, abbreviated as BAMCEF, was formed by Kanshi Ram, D.K. Khaparde and Dina Bhai. It was established in 1971. It got its significance from the constitution of India. It was formed to abolish the caste system.
In 1986 BAMCEF got split. Kanshi Ram joined the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). One part of BAMCEF went with RAM as a shadow organisation of BSP. The remaining part was registered as an independent non-political organisation in 1987.
It became BAMCEF at a convention held in Delhi on 6th Dec 1978, on the death anniversary of B.R. Ambedkar.
The Objective of the Federation: Its main aim is to abolish the inequality based on statuses such as scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), other backward class (OBC ) and minority communities. It wants to bring social justice and social equality in the country.
The Motto of the organisation is to change the system so that continuous supply of intellectual property, money and talent is ensured.
