The area of a square field is 625sq.m. Find the length of each side.

Let the side of the square be x as we know all sides of a square are equal.
We know;
Area of square =(side)2
We have assumed the side of a square as x. We will put the assumed side here.
Area of square =(x)2 ……………(1)
Area of the square given in the question is 625sq.m. We will put the value of area in equation 1.
625=(x)2
Taking square roots on both sides, we get.
625=(x)2
Simplifying the terms, we get
x=25m

Therefore, the length of each side of the square is 25m.
