The function was led by the chief guest Mr. Kapil Dev, a former Indian Cricketer. The event commenced at 6 P.M. with a culturally vibrant dance performance by the juniors. The principal, Mrs. Sunita presented a speech and felicitated the chief guest with the school magazine and a beautiful flower pot. The theme of the annual day was ‘Unity in Diversity’. The seniors displayed a play on the given theme, while the teachers sang a lovely song. After a break, the actual event began with the fun-fare, games, and sports activities. Both parents and students could participate and win loads of prizes. Everyone enjoyed the scrumptious snacks and drinks served in the food stalls. Youngsters enjoyed adventurous activities and games. Many people were having a blast in the shopping section, filled with sparkly clothes and glittery jewelry. In the late evening, Mr. Jubin Nautiyal visited the college for a performance. He congratulated the prize-achievers and presented them with certificates. The principal ended the program by lighting the last candle of the candle ceremony. Overall, the function was a huge success.
