Hint: The living organism is divided into different kingdoms on the basis of their characteristic feature either morphological, anatomical, or evolutionary features. Plant kingdom consists of a different kind of plant which is grouped into different phylum on the basis of their developed status.

Complete answer: The plants are the living phototrophic organism which performs photosynthesis and makes available energy-rich food to the other organism in the ecosystem. Plants are broadly divided into two groups on the basis of the presence or absence of seed and flower in the plant such as cryptogams and phanerogams.
1. Cryptogamae:- It is the group of plant species that do not produce seed and flower and their reproductive life is hidden, they are also called non-seed bearing plants such as bryophyte, thalophytes, and pteridophytes these are the lower plant groups.
-Bryophytes are the lower plant group which are nonvascular, a primitive type of differentiation is found in the plant body and does not produce seed but reproduce via the formation of spores and grow in wet environments.
-Thalophyte plant group plant body is thallus like not proper differentiation is found, instead of roots rhizoids are present stem and leaf are not differentiated and found only in the wet region.
-Pteridophytes are the reptiles of the plant kingdom and they are vascular plants, their body is well-differentiated into root, stem, and leaf but does not produce seed and flower.
2. Phanerogams:- In this plant group, the plant produces seed with or without flowers, seeds either naked or covered. Phanerogams are divided into angiosperm and gymnosperm, angiosperm is subdivided into dicots and monocot plant groups.
Hence, the correct option is B.

Note: Cryptogamae is divided into four orders named as algae, bryophytes, fern, and fungi, not all the cryptogams are treated as part of the plant kingdom, like in the case of fungi which belongs to a different kingdom.
