Hint:-With a family named Brassicaceae is a medium sized and economically very important family of flowering plants which are called as mustards or cabbage family. Some of them are herbs, shrubs having terminal inflorescences without bracts containing flowers with four free sepals. Tetradynamous condition as the name suggests is related to word four which is seen in mustards.

Complete Answer:-Most of them are herbaceous and can be even shrubs having terminal inflorescences without bracts containing flowers with four free sepals, four free alternating petals as mentioned above with the unique feature of two short and four longer free stamens and this is the only condition which is called tetradynamous condition. It has generally six stamens set in two whorls, from which two lateral outer ones are shorter than the four inner stamens it is only found in this family. It contains about 3,000 species of plants found on all the continents of Antarctica and also in a wide range of habitat of tundra and desert to forests of all types.
Mustard is a yellow condiment prepared from the ground seeds of white mustard, it contains approximately 40% or more oil in them which is extracted under pressure and is used widely as it is edible. The leftover material after extraction of oil is used as fodder for livestock.

Hence the correct option is (B) Mustard.

Note:- It will be interesting to know that Canada is the world’s largest mustard seed exporter it produces three kinds of mustards which are yellow, brown and oriental. Turmeric is added to give that bright yellow colour to the mustard which are widely used in our junk food like burgers, hotdogs etc.
