Surya namaskar should be practised in the morning.
Stand with the mouth facing east. Worship the sun by joining your two hands. Then, position your hands in the prayer posture or by honouring a person's hands position them in the posture. Tighten each limb from both hands and head to feet.
Keeping both hands well tight, move upwards so that the part of the feet from the hands is straight. Slowly bring your hands down slightly behind the waist and the upper part of the chest. Tilted on the ground beside both feet. Do it Attach the head to the knees.
While doing this action, do not turn even a little bit from knee and waist to foot. Move your left leg back with a jerk. Stay in this state by taunting the chest. Raise both arms up and backwards.
Bring the left foot forward to the first position. Move the right leg backwards. Stretch the chest and stay in such a way while looking in front.
By connecting both your hands together, raise your hands slowly. Tighten the chest and bring it back and keep an eye in front. Keep both legs behind and lift the waist up as far as possible. Stay situated while stretching the whole body.
Bring both legs down with both hands by tilting the whole body down so that both the legs and the entire body remains on the body. While pulling the chest up, keep the whole body up on both hands and feet and sew and keep the neck completely turned backwards.
