In a democratic country, leaders keep changing which leads to instability in the system. Followings are the main arguments against democracy-
> Instability of government- The government is bound to changes and adjustments once they are elected and reelected, it works with a short-term goal. Since the government must go through the election process once their term is over and they have to be re-elected which can lose their focus on existing work.
> The mass’s power- Since the majority has the power; there can be a tyrannical rule of the majority that ultimately goes against the minority. Citizens could vote in the favor of a party under the pressure of the masses because of the influence of people around them and because of their opinions, and end up making bad judgments.
> A bad choice can be made- In a democratic system, each and every person has the right to vote whether he or she is educated or not. Not all peoples are aware of the political circumstances of their nation. This can lead to bad decisions to vote for the wrong party.

Note All the rich and well-developed countries are democratic countries but reality also shows that the relationship between democracy and economic development is rather weak. The successful non-democratic countries advocate that great wealth does not accidentally lead to more political relaxation. This is evidenced by the economic success of China and other undemocratic countries.
