Hint: During an event which is known as Big Bang, a cosmic scale explosion, the universe was formed. At this event only, matter, energy, and all of the space were formed.

Complete step by step answer:
According to NASA, dark energy which is now called a mysterious force had begun speeding up the expansion of the universe and the phenomenon continues till today. This is due to the expansion of the universe that is gradually slowed down as the matter in the universe has pulled on itself through gravity.
The universe had started with a Big Bang of about 14.2 Billion years ago and after that, it has been expanding continuously. Earlier it was believed that the universe would stop expanding at a point and shrink again. Later the discovery of dark energy had led to the new assumption and that Dark energy is accelerating the universe and hence now at this point no one is sure about the fate of the universe.
There are a variety of objects in the universe. Some of them are Asteroids, Comets, Blackholes, Nebulae, Neutron Stars, Planets, Stars, etc.

Note:
1. We do not have the proper equipment to see the observable universe but it is the part of the universe from which the photons might have reached the Earth. It is estimated that the observable universe might be under 14 billion light-years from the Earth.
2. Even with the telescope also, we cannot see the entire observable universe.
3. We can find out the expansion of the universe by studying the Doppler shift of Galaxies.
