Hint:In this question we need to represent the image formation using concave mirror and convex mirror in the form of flowchart. In the case of image formation using a concave mirror there are six different positions of the object whereas in the case of image formation by the convex mirror there are two different positions of the object as shown in the tabular column below. Based on this position of the object we need to write the position of image, size of the image and nature of the image.

Note:The nature of the image formed by the concave mirror is real and inverted except in the last case that is when the object is placed between the focus and pole.Whereas the nature of the image formed by the convex mirror is always virtual and erect. In all the cases we get the diminished image in the case of convex mirrors.
