Hint: The human male reproductive system consists of the scrotum, testes, interstitial cells or Leydig’s cells, rete testis and vasa efferentia, epididymis, vasa deferentia, ejaculatory ducts, urethra, penis, and male accessory glands. The male accessory glands consist of the seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and the Cowper’s glands.

Complete answer: 1. The seminal vesicles are a pair of sac-like structures that are present near the base of the bladder. The ejaculatory ducts are formed by the joining of the vasa deferentia with their ducts. Hormones like prostaglandins, fructose, and clotting proteins are secreted from seminal vesicles. The secretion of the seminal vesicles is alkaline which makes up sixty percent of the volume of semen. This alkaline environment helps in the neutralization of the acidic male urethra.
2. The urethra is surrounded by the prostate gland. It has a milky secretion and contains citric acid and enzymes.
3. On either side of the membranous urethra, there is a pair of Cowper’s glands. These glands are also known as bulbourethral glands. Their secretion is alkaline in nature. Seminal plasma is the main constituent of the secretion of this gland. It is rich in calcium and fructose. It also has amylase, acid phosphatase. The lubrication of the penis is done by these secretions.
Thus, seminal fluids are located in C-Above Cowper’s gland.

Note: The seminal vesicles are present in the pelvis and are responsible for the production of the constituent ingredients of the semen. They are also responsible for the transport of the sperms during fertilization.
