Hint: Water is a chemical compound with the formula \[{{\text{H}}_{\text{2}}}{\text{O}}\]. In this formula the ratio of hydrogen and oxygen is \[{\text{2:1}}\]. Water can exist as liquid, solid, gas. When water gets heated it is converted into vapor from liquid and at \[{{\text{0}}^{\text{o}}}{\text{C}}\] water gets converted into ice.

Complete step by step answer:
-Earth's atmosphere is made of air. Air is a mixture of gases, \[78\% \] nitrogen and \[21\% \] oxygen with traces of water vapor, carbon dioxide, argon, and various other components.
The air around us is a mixture of gases, mainly nitrogen and oxygen, air also contains very smaller amounts of water vapor, argon, and carbon dioxide, and very small amounts of other gases, suspended dust, spores, and bacteria.
-Due to the presence of dust particles like carbon particles from factories, vehicles, etc. the air becomes polluted and the sky looks dusty.
-When sunlight strikes on the earth's surface it gets heated. As a result, at the surface water is heated and converted into vapor.
-The water vapors evaporate from the sea river ponds and go up into the atmosphere. When it reaches the upper atmosphere due to the cold temperature the water becomes cool, and condenses into water molecules that snow, and makes clouds. When the water molecules become bigger by condensation, it falls into the surface of the earth again and returns into the sea river, pond, etc. This is a significant aspect of the weather change on earth. This is called rainfall. Due to this rainfall, all the dust particles of the air settle down to the earth's surface and the sky becomes clear.

Note:
The color of the Taj Mahal has changed from white to yellow because of the oxide of sulfur and nitrogen dissolve in rainwater and form acid (known as acid rain), and when this acid rain falls on it, then the color changes from white to yellow.
It is the acid rain that is most dangerous for the monument. Indeed, the inadvertent emission of sulfur dioxide, due to road traffic, causes acid rain.
